This policy explains what Antonio Henrique Kieper de Oliveira, operating as "Fliper Studio" ("we"), collects through fliperstudio.com, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the waitlist form:
- Name and email address, required so we can contact you
- What you want to make and your experience level, optional and used to decide who to invite to the beta first
- Whether you want a beta seat
- Where you came from: the page URL and any campaign tags in the link
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies. We use two analytics tools to see how the site is doing: Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not store anything that identifies you personally, and Bouzr, which assigns your browser an anonymous visitor and session ID (stored in local storage, not a cookie) to count visits and referral links. Neither is used for advertising, and neither sells your data.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who processes it
Your submission is stored with Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database), and emails are sent through Resend. All three act as processors on our instructions. Data is stored on infrastructure that runs primarily in the United States, with email delivery routed through Brazil.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until 24 months after your last interaction with us, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email on a suppression list so we don't accidentally contact you again.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: every email has a one-click link. It works immediately.
- Get a copy, correct it, or delete it: email studiofliper@gmail.com and we'll action it.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted the form, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes affecting people already on the list will be announced by email.
